The requirements for the Building Engineer position:

4th class power engineer or a similar certificate or
·
HVAC controls certification or
·
Refrigeration certificate combined with previous experience in the
industry or
·
Electrical certificate combined with previous experience in the
industry.
The requirements for the Building Superintendent position:
·
Previous experience in the industry or
·
Willingness to be trained as well as possession of related certification, (first
aid and the like).
